Returns and Exchanges

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Please note we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund for change of mind, however if you order the wrong size we will gladly exchange for a different size, if in stock.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular/full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be

 

Shipping costs

To return your product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
